Here are afew interesting things I've been reading on the web over the last few days:

• An article on Sirlin.net on the difficulties of balancing game difficulty.
• A rant by Greg Costikyan on how game developers should have more direct contact with their public.

I'd post more, but they all come from links found on those 3 sites. The discussions around Sirlin's impression of the Wii were nice. Besides that I did a lil' light reading on the IGDA forums.

I've been listening to the soundtrack for Super Casltevania 4 while working this week. Brings back memories, and it's fun music to program to.
